The path that led to you and I being here in this moment, on this website together started about a decade later.
I'll be the first to say I haven't had a conventional journey. I always knew I was here to make an impact in the world, but I truly had no idea how. When I was 19 years old, I joined a school of prophetic arts to start honing my gifts. When I was 20 I joined a school of inner healing that absolutely changed my life. When I was 22, my professors were asking me what I would do when I graduated and my response was "I'm going to be a Heart Consultant for high level executives." (I was in Texas and the coaching industry had not yet made it's way that far south. I didn't know what I wanted to do had a name so I made up my own.)
By the time I was 24 years old I was working as the head coach in private coaching packages that sold for up to $250,000/yr and co-leading a Mastermind that had a $30,000 entry point. One of my favorite memories from that period is the first time I co-led a VIP Day with the founder of the company. We were working with an extremely successful business owner in his early 50s.
He later shared with me that when he first walked into the room and saw me his gut reaction was “WTF is this 20 yr old girl doing here.” (which, you know, fair enough!) But when he shared that with me it was actually as an apology. He said he felt so terrible for thinking that because within 5 minutes I had so thoroughly explained him to himself, his experience, patterns, and needs that he was crying from having never felt so understood in his entire life. It's a fond memory of my earliest days as a coach, and one of the reasons a longtime client and friend of mine refers to me as a psychological sniper.
At 25, I started my own coaching business and found out VERY quickly that just because you have incredible, life-changing gifts and expertise, does not mean you have the skills needed to build a successful business around your gifts. So I did what I do, I became obsessed with learning what I needed to learn in order to make the impact I knew I was made for. And I did.
I’ve spent the last 15 years in pursuit of the best tools and systems on the planet for healing and actualizing, and I've trained by some of the leading sales and business mentors in the industry. As a result, for the past 8 years I've been helping people all over the world create businesses, relationships and lives that match their true Divine Design, and I've built a wildly successful, deeply aligned business along the way.
But I did all of that by not listening to most of the sales techniques and strategies I was taught. Over these past 8 years of serving people and building my business, I've proven statistic after statistic and must after must WRONG. I've created, tried and tested strategies that not only work EXTREMELY WELL, but that feel GOOD to all parties involved.
